Some quickies might not deliver, but we sure do.
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please note shipping timelines are separate from order processing timelines and may vary a bit during busy season such as holidays and drops.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your ship to address.
Duties & Import Fees
All orders are shipped from Scarborough, Ontario Canada. Please note that any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your country are the responsibility of you the recipient. These fees are not included in our product prices or shipping costs, and we cannot predict or control them. If applicable, your local customs office may require payment before releasing your package. By placing an order, you agree to be responsible for any additional charges that may occur upon delivery.
We currently offer letter mail shipping on all orders within Canada. Due to letter mail weight restrictions orders may be broken up into multiple packages (typically 3-4 items per package).
Please note that by selecting letter mail shipping at checkout you are opting for an untracked and uninsured package. Letter mail shipping has no delivery timeline. It is the customers responsibility to ensure a correct and complete mailing address is input at checkout. If a letter mail order is not delivered we will not be able to provide a refund and/or any reshipments.

Orders shipping with Canada and the US with a subtotal of $100+ CAD will be eligible for free tracked shipping. Please note we reserve the right to choose the best shipping method on all orders with free shipping.
Please note we do not offer any type of in-store or local pickup.
This is definitely never what we want but unfortunately on the rare occasion packages can be lost or returned to sender due to uncontrollable circumstances.

For any lost/undelivered orders shipped with a tracked shipping method our team will need to initiate a claim with the shipping carrier. To start this process please email youup@getquickies.com with your order # and concern. Our team is always committed to finding resolutions but please note that this process/timeline is beyond our control. Claims can take anywhere from 7-21 business days to be resolved dependant on the shipping carrier and their resolution process. For any orders returned to sender once received at our warehouse we will reimburse all orders less any shipping fees/restock fees.

As a small business shipping is a constant struggle. Shipping rates are set by the carriers. In efforts to always offer affordable shipping Quickies often offers rates less than what the carriers standard rates are—meaning we pay a portion out of our own pocket.

If you chose tracked shipping at checkout a tracking number will be emailed to the email on your order.
If you chose untracked letter mail shipping at checkout there will be no tracking number associated with your order as outlined in our Shipping Policy.

If you live in the US or internationally and received a bill from a shipping carrier this is likely due to import fees, taxes and duties. Quickies cannot predict and is not responsible for these fees. For further information on the charges please contact the carrier directly.
