Shipping policy

Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.

Please note that processing times and shipping timelines are separate. During periods of high order volume (including product launches, promotions, and holidays), processing times may be extended.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address.

Estimated delivery timelines are provided as a guideline only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors outside of our control, including but not limited to carrier delays, weather conditions, service disruptions, and customs processing for international orders.


Fulfillment & Carriers

All orders are fulfilled and shipped from Scarborough, Ontario, Canada. While we aim to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment, occasional delays or routing variations may occur.


Duties, Taxes & Import Fees

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping costs and are the responsibility of the customer.

By placing an order, you agree to pay any applicable duties, taxes, or fees required by your local customs authority.

If a shipment is refused or abandoned due to unpaid duties or import fees, the order will not be eligible for a full refund. Any return shipping costs, customs charges, or carrier fees incurred will be deducted from the refund only once the order is received back at our warehouse.


Shipping Responsibility & Delivery

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages after delivery confirmation, including deliveries to apartments, mailrooms, or shared spaces.


Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate and complete.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If a package is returned to sender due to an address issue, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping fees.

Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee that address changes or modifications can be made.

If a shipment is refused or abandoned due to an incorrect address, the order will not be eligible for a full refund. Any return shipping costs, customs charges, or carrier fees incurred will be deducted from the refund only once the order is received back at our warehouse.


Lettermail Shipping (Canada Only)

In efforts to offer the most affordable shipping we offer lettermail shipping within Canada.

Due to weight restrictions, orders may be split into multiple packages (typically 3–4 items per package).

By selecting lettermail shipping at checkout, you acknowledge and accept that this method is:

  • Untracked
  • Uninsured
  • Without a guaranteed delivery timeline

Once shipped, there is no way to verify delivery or initiate a carrier investigation.

The customer assumes full responsibility for any loss, delay, or non-delivery. We are unable to offer refunds, replacements, or reshipments for lettermail orders.

Free Shipping (Canada & US)

Orders shipping within Canada and the United States with a subtotal of $75 CAD or more qualify for free tracked shipping.

We reserve the right to select the most appropriate shipping method for all free shipping orders.


Local Pickup

We do not offer in-store or local pickup at this time.


Lost or Undelivered Packages

While rare, packages may occasionally be lost or delayed.

Lettermail Orders

As outlined above, lettermail shipments are untracked and uninsured. We are unable to provide refunds or replacements for these orders.

Tracked Shipments

If your tracked package is lost or has not been delivered, please contact us at youup@getquickies.com with your order number.

We will initiate a claim with the shipping carrier. Please note:

  • Investigations and claims are handled by the carrier
  • Resolution timelines typically range from 7–21 business days
  • Outcomes are determined by the carrier

We will work with you toward a resolution once the claim process is complete.

Package Protection Shipments (SavedBy)

Orders eligible for SavedBy Package Protection may select this optional add-on at checkout to help cover the cost of lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

While we do everything possible to ensure your order arrives safely, all claims and issues related to package protection are handled directly by SavedBy, a third-party provider.

By purchasing package protection, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • All claims, questions, and resolutions are handled solely by SavedBy
  • We do not manage, process, or make decisions regarding package protection claims

SavedBy is a third-party service and operates independently from our company.


Returned to Sender

If a package is returned to sender due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Failed delivery attempts
  • Refusal of delivery

The order will be refunded minus original shipping costs, return shipping fees, and any applicable handling or restocking fees only once received back at our warehouse.


Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

Due to sanitary reasons, we do not offer returns or exchanges on any products.

Please note that application concerns are not considered product defects. We recommend reviewing our application guidelines to ensure optimal results.
